We are very proud to introduce the Davenport Collection by Monticello Flooring, a solid prefinished hardwood flooring line that is manufactured in the United States. With an offering of Ash, Hickory, Maple, Red Oak, and White Oak, this line covers a huge variety of domestic species, in a variety of different widths, grades, and colors.

The line consists of all domestic wood species that are harvested from the Appalachian Hardwood Manufacturer’s Verified Sustainable Hardwood Forests. The manufacturers that participate in this program, like Monticello, who is a verified member, offer a commitment to maintaining our domestic forests in an environmentally friendly manner. Ash, Hickory, and Maple hardwood flooring come in Monticello’s Designers Choice Grade, which contains 30% Select / 60% #1 Common / 10 % #2 Common. This is sometimes referred to as a MILL RUN product. These products offer the unique look of including all aspects of the Choice and Standard Antique grades. All of the product characteristics found in Choice and Standard Antique will be allowed within the prescribed percentages. Average Lengths will be better than STANDARD ANTIQUE.

Red Oak and White Oak are available in Choice Grade, which is 75% Select / 25% #1 Common, and Standard Antique Grade which is 60% #1 Common / 40% #2 Common.
