Monticello Flooring and Lumber is proud to present the Davenport Collection, a line of prefinished solid hardwood flooring that is completely manufactured in the United States. The line consists of all domestic wood species that are harvested from the Appalachian Hardwood Manufacturer's Verified Sustainable Hardwood Forests. The manufacturers that participate in this program, like Monticello who is a verified member, offer a commitment to maintaining our domestic forests in an environmentally friendly manner.

Monticello Flooring is a NOFMA mill. NOFMA (North American Flooring Manufacturers Association) is responsible for the formulation and administration of industry standards relating to hardwood flooring. Establishing grading rules is a major part of these standards.

Maple offers a more contemporary look with a smooth grain and light color.

Maple Flooring from Monticellos Davenport Collection is available in the following grades:

Designers Choice Grade
Grade Mix: 30% Select / 60% #1 Common / 10 % #2 Common (***Sometimes referred to as a MILL RUN product)

This product offers the unique look of including all aspects of the Choice and Standard Antique products. All of the product characteristics found in Choice and Standard Antique will be allowed within the prescribed percentages.

Average Lengths will be better than STANDARD ANTIQUE.

It is the primary goal of the Davenport Collection line to limit to the extent possible the inclusion of any allowable characters that will in any way detract from the look or the quality of the product.

PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally, small flaws occur during transportation, cutting, etc., which do not necessarily preclude use of the board. These may be used for cuts required when installing the flooring, providing this does not affect the total footage calculated for the project, faulty boards that are affected should not be used. Should the problem repeat itself over more than 10% of the total ordered floor contact your retailer.
